Annual General Meeting

Monday 15th November 2021 7.30pm

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Memorial Hall Lee – Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) will take place in the Hall at 7.30pm on Monday 15th November 2021. All Lee and Lincombe residents are invited to attend.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the Memorial Hall Lee - CIO for 2019 and 2020 will be presented, and there will be an election of Trustees.

Any motions to be discussed must be submitted in writing or by email to the Secretary, West Clayes, Lee, ILFRACOMBE, EX34 8LN no less than 7 days before the meeting.

Nominations are invited for the election of Village Representatives who will be Trustees of the Charity.  Eligibility details will be found on the Nomination Form, copies of which are also available on request or to be downloaded from the website. Nominations should be sent to the Secretary no less than 7 days before the meeting or proposed and seconded at the meeting.
