Annual General Meeting
The Lee Memorial Hall Annual General Meeting (AGM) of will take place in the Hall at 7.30pm on Monday 23rd April 2018. All Lee and Lincombe residents and second home owners are invited to attend.
The Annual Report and Accounts for 2017 will be presented for approval. An information pack, which includes: Draft Agenda, Minutes of the 2017 AGM, Trustees Annual Report ot the Charity Commission, and Summary of Accounts for 2017 Financial Year are available from:
Any matters to be discussed must be submitted in writing or by email to the Secretary, West Clayes, Lee, ILFRACOMBE, EX34 8LN no less than 7 days before the meeting.
Nominations are invited for members of the Hall committee, which is made up of representatives of the villages and its organisations. Eligibility details will be found on the Nomination Sheet, copies of which are also available on request from the above. Nominations should be sent to the Secretary no less than 7 days before the meeting or proposed and seconded at the meeting
